Sparks Fly- It’s the excitement in our relationship. When I hear this song, it makes my heart race. I think about how much fun you are and how much I have when we’re together. You make me try new things, open my mind to new ideas, and you make me feel free. It’s everything I want: romance, fun, wild, unpredictable, completely bad for me, but everything I want at the same time. When I hear this song, I feel like a bird.
Ours- This one is going to be my anthem when you leave for UT. It reminds me to forget what everyone else says and stop making things so complicated. I like you, you like me. It’s simple. Your past doesn’t matter, what other people say doesn’t matter. “I’ll fight their doubt and give you faith” I will stand by you because I trust you. When I hear this song, it gives me hope for us.
Fearless- This one explains what runs through my head when I’m actually with you. I like you- I’m liking you more and more. And nothing feels better than being able to just sit with you or to go out and be with you. The more time we spend together, the more I feel like I’m falling for you. Not in love, but just for you. You make me feel safe, important, wanted, cared for and beautiful. With you, I don’t need to be afraid of anything because you’re with me the whole way through. When I hear this song, I remember why I took a chance with you.
